A grieving therapist begins telling his clients exactly what he thinks
Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making major changes in people’s lives – including his own. The cast of “Shrinking” shares the key moments that defined their characters in season 1 and reveals who does the best Harrison Ford impression. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they got Harrison Ford on the show, Segel said that Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and would audition people who looked like Ford.

Segel told Goldstein that they had to at least pitch the project to Ford first, thinking he would turn it down outright, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford was offered the project, generating interest from other notable actors. In the end, Goldstein talked to Ford and sold him on the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was elated nonetheless.
His dry delivery is the best
Harrison Ford is simply amazing in this show! His grumpy demeanor and sharp tongue are now my life goal when I reach old age. He is hysterical and I need more of that in my life!!!
This show is so beautifully written
Also, if you are a fan of Jason Segel, you will not be disappointed. It has well-rounded characters dealing with real issues. It brings out all the feels and leaves you wanting more each week.
