In the 1900s, a white woman is murdered in San Francisco’s Chinatown, and the suspect is Chinese. The murder causes a social uproar, and the public calls for Chinatown to be banned. Chinese medical professional QIN FU (LIU Haoran) and Chinese citizen Ah Gui (WANG Baoqiang) are involved in the case and race against time to find the killer in a battle of wits and courage.
